MY INSPIRATIONAL COACH

After undergraduate business school, I commissioned in the United States Army. I quickly matured from being a college kid to a responsible leader of 128 men and women and their welfare. My experiences in the military equipped me with critical thinking skills, stretched my leadership abilities, and sharpened tools that have proven crucial to success. I completed an Applied Entrepreneurship course before separating from the service. The course refreshed my understanding of the business industry, enabled me to study real-life financial statements, and built my confidence to transition from Military Service to Business Professional. Because of this course, I operated three franchises in two states.

I took over my first franchise while I was still on active-duty Army. Operating a business in Missouri while stationed in Hawaii was my first obstacle as a business owner. Leading Soldiers is a much different experience than managing young adults working a part-time job. Both fun, and challenging in their own way. I was forced to implement accountability systems and communication tools that would be paramount to future business success.  A strong personal value system and the skills refined as an Army Officer allowed me to operate more franchises. 

As my business acumen grew and ‘free time’ became more diverse, I acted on my interest in more assets, specifically real estate. Active licensed real estate broker specializing in investments, listings, and Landlord representation. I continue to grow my own real estate investment company purchasing investments and providing property management services. 

As a former Military Intelligence Officer, situational analysis, mindset coaching, and inspirational leading are part of the job. I was blessed to do some awesome stuff, like work for the NSA and deployed with special operations forces to Afghanistan. I maintain an active real estate license and coach real estate agents growing their business, transitioning veterans starting their own company, and executives taking the next step in their career.

Now a seasoned motivational speaker, known for transforming the lives of audiences. Talks are attended by people of all ages and backgrounds and inspired leaders from a variety of industries.
